Fizz was sick of losing great movements in battle, so he pimped up his shark and became it in a lionfish-like. Although he has been nice colleagues, he wanted to play a joke at them. Rammus knew Fizz was joking, so he didn't feel scared. Annie had to pay previous bills and she just fled to protect her teddybear. Oh, okay, she looks nice with that bathsuit. And poor of Nasus! He wore light clothes but those weren't enough and he looked like "easy piece".
